Tramonte was a mainstay at Q105 in the 1980's. The late night Jock was an incredible force in the ratings and night club scene. Tramonte later on worked at Z-93 and at the Power Pig 93.3.

Another former Tampa Bay radio legend, Tim Davisson (Q105) says, "I met and worked with the late Tramonte Watts at WCUE in Akron in the early '70s. He was a native of Akron, worked in radio at the University of Akron college station WAUP 88.1, at WCUE, and went on to work in a couple of smaller markets between the Space Coast and WPB, then on to Y100. Tramonte was one of the nicest people you'd ever want to meet... a guy everybody liked."

Watts succumbed to cancer in the mid 90's.
