DAIN SCHULT

Was on-air talent at WRAS FM, Atlanta and then WQXI FM from 1973 through 1980.

Served as General Manager of WFOM AM from 1980 to the end of 1981 and then as Program Director WSRZ FM, Tampa/St. Petersburg from 1981 to 1982.

Created Radioactivity, Inc., a full-service broadcast consultancy in 1977 that is still in operation today, Dain Schult personally consulted hundreds of radio stations, group owners and equity investment groups while also directing a number of other qualified consultants. He participated in successful station turnarounds; created unique management services for new owners; conducted appraisals; assisted as a broker, buyer’s agent, buyer or seller on over 120 station transactions; developed specific music formats for on-air use; and is currently its Chairman.

Served as Chief Operating Officer for Sunbelt Radio Group, Inc., a group created to acquire/operate stations utilizing a Texas-Mexico border strategy utilizing unique regional niche programming.

Dain Schult founded TexRock Radio, Inc., a 71-station group in Texas known as Texas Eagle that he directed as CEO, creating its own unique five-format satellite programming network for its own use and international syndication.

Crafted the creation of two new companies at once - American Communications Enterprises, Inc., a public company (OTCBB: ACEN) and American Radio Empire, Inc., a private company (a/k/a American Wireless & Entertainment, Inc.) serving as Chairman/CEO for both of them where the elements of rural wireless broadband, terrestrial radio and Internet radio/marketing services would begin to all come together for practical integrated application.

Published author of four books; recipient of the Albert Nelson Marquis Lifetime Achievement Award; and former President and Co-Founder of the Nashville, Chattanooga & St. Louis Railway Preservation Society

Accepted an invitation, in March 2016, to form GET - Global Entertainment Technology, Inc., (www.getglobalentertainmenttechnology.com) as CEO, to create a true multidimensional multinational, publicly traded development company. GET will feature a number of creative new services in the fields of radio, wireless and Internet that will make a difference in people’s lives.
