Chuck
Harder
Chuck Harder came to Tampa in 1963 where he
worked at WALT radio on weekends. Chuck, ever the entrepreneur,
started a recording studio that featured many of the Tampa bands
on the scene in the early 60s. He parlayed that business into
a film studio and did many national and international features.
Harder went to work at WFLA radio in the early
80s where he hosted “For The People”, the start of
his national radio talk show heard daily from 2-4 PM on Talk America
Network. Chuck is quite the entertainer and always is well prepared
for whatever angle may surface from his stance.
Chuck has battled health problems over the
last several years, including 2 strokes, but he battles back each
and every time. Truly one of the broadcast giants of our era. |
